# Willful obtuseness is alwas the funnest way to live
Tony Abbott conceded he was simply last – and pulled out…
See, now that’s why he was never going to get to be leader of the Government or the Opposition. Always trying to push his Catholicism on the rest of Australia; at least this time he had no power and had to merely lead by example with his demonstration of official Vatican sexual health policy.
...of the three-man leadership battle.
...oh.

I had my money on Costello being in charge of the rabble for six months before pulling the pin or a successful leadership challenge.
We’re headed for more interest rate rises and a possible global recession due to the US dollar collapse. Perfect opportunity for an ex Treasurer to blame it all on the new PM from the opposition bench.
Oh and the double entendre. heh heh.

pretty sure when he thought he had an illegitimate son who was an ABC cameraman or something that his preferred method of birth control was “getting off at Redfern”
This could be the party leadership equivalent of “getting off at redfern.”
